Jessica Irwin is the President and founder of S.E.E.K. Arizona, a mental health agency that provides integrated, evidenced-based services for Autism, Intellectual/Developmental, and behavioral health disabilities. With over 20 years of experience in the Intellectual/Developmental disability community, she has become a respected leader in the field.
Jessica specializes in 0-5 programming and crisis supports for children and young adults with Autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has served on several boards and advisory committees, including the role of President for the Foundation for Exceptional Kids for 6 years.
Jessica is an advocate for people with I/D disabilities, spearheading several grassroots coalitions advocating for their rights at the legislative level. She is interested in providing a voice for integrated behavior analytic services within the behavioral health system and would like to bring her I/D disability expertise, DD network, and advocacy experience to the AZ Council as a member. With her passion for helping individuals with disabilities and her extensive experience in the field, Jessica is dedicated to providing the best services and support to those in need in the community.

Jenny Pagan has more than 15 years of experience working in applied behavior analysis organizations and educational institutions. She received her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL in 2012 and obtained her Board Certification that same year.
Jenny has worked in clinical and operational capacities in human service organizations throughout the United States implementing principles of behavior analysis and organizational behavior management to effectively lead teams. She has dedicated her career to the mentorship and leadership of providers and students of behavior analysis. She loves helping children flourish and achieve outcomes that support them to be happier and more comfortable in their world.
Jenny lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her family and enjoys travel and watching the Phoenix Mercury play in her free time.

Our ABA therapy supports clients who wish to learn appropriate, safe, and positive behavior choices to improve their quality of life and relationship with others. Counseling services focus on improving the quality of life for the person receiving services.
