Jessica Irwin, M.Ed., BCBA
Jessica founded SEEK Arizona in 2003 with a focus on supporting people with autism and other developmental and behavioral health needs in their homes and communities. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a master’s degree in education, she brings more than two decades of experience in early-childhood programming, crisis support, and integrated behavioral health services.
Her work extends beyond direct services to community advocacy. Jessica has served on boards and advisory committees, including six years as President of the Foundation for Exceptional Kids, and has helped organize grassroots efforts advocating for the rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
As President and Founder, she guides SEEK’s continued development around dignity, family priorities, and practical support for everyday life, with an emphasis on strong clinical teams and expanding access to home-based and telehealth services across Arizona.

Jenny Pagan
Jenny brings more than 15 years of experience in applied behavior analysis and education to her role as Director of Clinical Services. She earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology in 2012 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst that same year.
Her background includes clinical and operational leadership in human service organizations across the United States. She draws on behavior analysis and organizational behavior management to help teams work effectively, develop their skills, and translate clinical knowledge into meaningful support for the people they serve.
Mentorship is central to Jenny’s work. She is dedicated to developing providers and students of behavior analysis, with a focus on outcomes that help children feel more comfortable, capable, and connected in their everyday lives. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and cheering on the Phoenix Mercury.

A Connected Team for Care That Happens in Real Life.
Our ABA services are delivered by a larger, collaborative team of clinical leaders, behavior analysts, trainees, and behavior technicians. Because that team grows and changes with the people and communities we serve, we represent the program together.
Team members work across home, community, and telehealth settings with shared clinical standards and accessible supervision. Consultation connects clinical expertise with what clients, caregivers, and direct-care professionals observe in everyday life.
Your assigned team may include different professionals based on location, needs, scheduling, and treatment goals.
