Care at our Tempe clinic
A Clinic Setting When It’s the Right Fit.
Home, community, and telehealth services remain central to our work. We also see some clients in our Tempe clinic when home and community settings are not the right fit for their needs.
The setting is a clinical decision we make with you. We consider your goals, comfort, access needs, and the support required: not simply where a program is located. Services at our Tempe location are provided by appointment.
