Person-Centered Practice

Start with the person. Build from there.

Effective counseling depends on trust, sound judgment, and an understanding of life beyond the session.

SEEK provides individual, couples, and family counseling, primarily through telehealth across Arizona. Our work includes children, teens, adults, and families with a range of developmental and behavioral health needs.

Respect for culture, identity, autonomy, and lived experience shapes treatment. Build goals with the people you serve and adapt care to their needs, strengths, and priorities.
