Our Clinical Philosophy
Good care starts with listening.
Dignity, assent, autonomy, and practical outcomes guide our work.
Listen to each person and family, understand their priorities and daily routines, and build goals together. Attend to words, gestures, willingness, and discomfort. Offer choices and respond when someone needs a break or a different approach.
Our work spans communication, daily living, caregiver guidance, self-advocacy, and community participation. Case assignments reflect clinical needs, experience, and available services.
Experience You Can Draw On
Experienced colleagues. More room to grow.
Our clinical leadership team brings experience across age groups, client needs, and service settings.
Build your clinical foundation or broaden your practice through mentorship and clinical consultation. Develop your judgment, work with new populations, and navigate increasingly complex cases with support.

Director of Clinical Services

Clinical Director
What That Support Addresses
- Assessment planning, treatment plans, documentation, and deadlines.
- Caseload planning, scheduling conflicts, and competing priorities.
- Professional boundaries and effective caregiver communication.
- RBT supervision, training, and competency-based feedback.
- Recognizing when workload adjustments or additional resources are needed.
Workload sustainability is a shared responsibility. Consultation and coaching work alongside realistic planning, leadership access, and adjustments when needs change.
SEEK is expanding its Clinical Director model toward two positions to increase support for clinicians and strengthen training, practice management, and program development.
Planned for January 2027
Quarterly all-staff training and continuing education opportunities will support continued development and collaboration across the organization.
Support Around Your Caseload
More time for the work you trained to do.
At SEEK, clinical support goes beyond having someone available to answer questions.
We invest in dedicated scheduling support, structured assessment processes, clinical documentation tools, automated supervision tracking, and access to the assessment platforms our clinicians use.
Our Clinical Directors help navigate complex clinical decisions, treatment planning, and documentation expectations. Our administrative teams help coordinate the work around your caseload.
We want our LBAs spending their professional energy on clinical care, developing their teams, and growing their expertise, not unnecessarily recreating administrative systems on their own.
For Experienced BCBAs
Bring your experience. Expand your clinical range.
Finding the right employer means considering what you bring, who you want to serve, and how you want to grow.
Professional growth can mean learning to work with new populations across age groups and client needs. Our ABA program includes a focus on clients with mental health needs. At SEEK, experienced clinicians have opportunities to broaden their behavior-analytic practice.
Bring your existing expertise and explore new areas with mentorship and clinical consultation from our clinical leadership team. Talk with our recruitment team about the populations you want to serve and the skills you want to develop.
Career Pathways
Clear expectations. Visible ways to grow.
Build your foundation through our trainee program, develop as a licensed clinician, or take on senior clinical responsibility. Compensation reflects experience, demonstrated competency, and the responsibilities of each role.
Trainee Program
Build clinical skills with supervision, mentorship, and support as you work toward professional credentials. Our commitment to growing professionals starts early and continues throughout your career.
Standard LBA
Develop your clinical practice with ongoing support and mentorship, an expectation of 25 billable hours weekly, and compensation that recognizes your experience.
Optional Senior LBA Track
Take on greater clinical responsibility and expanded earning opportunities, with 28 billable hours weekly and independent management of assigned RBT supervision cases. Eligibility begins after at least 12 months employed at SEEK; advancement requires clinical leadership approval.
Billable expectations are part of the role’s responsibilities; they do not represent total weekly work hours. Our recruitment team can discuss compensation, benefits, and the full expectations of current openings.
What Is Required for Senior LBA Consideration?
- A minimum of 12 months employed at SEEK.
- Demonstrated clinical competency and consistent clinical and documentation standards.
- Effective caseload and workload management.
- Established professional boundaries.
- Demonstrated readiness for increased productivity and responsibility.
- Independent management of assigned RBT supervision cases.
- Clinical leadership approval.
Completing 12 months creates eligibility for consideration, not an automatic promotion. The track is optional; advancement recognizes readiness for greater responsibility.
Clinical Leadership
Help others grow. Help shape what comes next.
A leadership pathway that combines clinical practice, mentorship, and program development.
Mentor clinicians, strengthen training and quality, and contribute to program development with agency leadership. This role combines clinical oversight, staff development, and a clinical caseload.
The expanded leadership model is designed to create more capacity for hands-on support. Discuss the current role’s caseload, billable expectations, and leadership responsibilities during recruitment.
