A Clearer Path to the Right Support.
Whether you are looking for services for yourself or someone you care for, or referring a client through your professional role, you should not have to guess where to begin. Choose the path that fits you, and SEEK’s team will help guide the next steps.
Start with what brings you here.
We use separate secure forms so families and community partners can provide the right information from the beginning.
I am looking for services
Use this path if you are seeking ABA or counseling for yourself, your child, or someone you are responsible for. You will be able to select the service you are interested in before beginning the secure intake form.
Start services →I am making a professional referral
Use this path if you are a pediatrician, care coordinator, school professional, case manager, or other community partner referring someone for ABA or counseling.
Make a referral →Tell us what you are looking for. Our team can help you understand available options before you complete an intake or referral. Tell us about barriers such as travel, scheduling, or the need for a familiar setting so we can discuss what may fit.
A Thoughtful Start, One Step at a Time.
The details differ by service, funding source, clinical need, and availability. In general, you can expect the process to follow this path.
Choose a Service
Select ABA or counseling and use the secure form that matches whether you are seeking services or making a referral.
Share Initial Information
Provide the details our intake team needs to understand the request and identify the most appropriate next step.
Connect with Our Team
A team member follows up to discuss needs, service fit, availability, coverage, and any documents or authorizations that may be required.
Prepare to Begin
When the service is a fit and the necessary steps are complete, we help coordinate the assessment, intake appointment, or first visit.
ABA and counseling begin differently.
Both paths start with listening. Your priorities, routines, access needs, and questions help shape the clinical conversation. The clinical, insurance, and scheduling steps that follow depend on the service.
Beginning ABA Services
ABA intake helps us learn about the individual, family priorities, current needs, and the setting in which support may take place.
- Clinical review helps determine whether ABA may be an appropriate service.
- Benefit verification, assessment authorization, and treatment authorization may be required by the funding source.
- Assessment and scheduling steps depend on clinical needs, location, staffing, and payer requirements.
Beginning Counseling Services
Counseling intake helps us understand who is seeking support, what they hope to address, and which counselor’s experience may be a good fit.
- Our team reviews current needs, counselor fit, availability, and preferred format.
- Coverage and payment information are reviewed when applicable.
- The first appointment begins a collaborative conversation about goals and next steps.
Insurance questions are part of the process.
SEEK accepts insurance plans with out-of-network benefits and participates in-network with select plans. Coverage varies by service, plan, medical necessity, authorization requirements, and individual benefits.
Because insurer networks and benefits can change, our intake team can help review the information for your specific request rather than relying on a general list alone.
A Note About Coverage
Benefit verification is not a guarantee of payment. Your health plan determines final coverage, authorization, copays, deductibles, and other member responsibilities.
Insurance and funding
Whether we are a financial fit, before you call.
You should not have to start a conversation to find out if you can afford one.
