Small enough to know you.
Support that shows up.

We’re a BCBA-owned and led Arizona business with more than 20 years behind us. Ethical practice, ongoing mentorship and investment in the people doing the work shape how we operate. Come get to know us.

Working at SEEK

Room to think.
People to think with.

We’re hiring Arizona Licensed Behavior Analysts. Here’s what we can talk through together.

01 / CASELOAD
Around 12.

Smaller Caseloads

A typical LBA caseload is approximately 12 clients. We’ll discuss actual expectations for the role you’re considering.

02 / FLEXIBILITY
Remote + hybrid.

Ways to Work

Fully remote roles, plus hybrid caseloads with an approximately 50/50 mix of in-home and remote services, depending on the role.

03 / DEVELOPMENT
Keep growing.

Mentorship at Every Stage

Support for experienced clinicians and newer LBAs alike, with CEUs available through our in-house training.

Connected, wherever you work

Good support travels.

Several of our LBAs live outside Arizona. Fully remote doesn’t change the importance of ongoing clinical mentorship and a team you can turn to.

We invest in our RBTs’ training, tools and support, too. Ask us what that looks like on an ordinary workday.

We’re independently owned, without private equity backing. We welcome candid questions about our clinical model, role expectations and compensation.
