About S.E.E.K. Arizona

S.E.E.K. Arizona was founded in 2003 by a passionate young professional who, after years of working at other agencies, realized many families were frustrated by the lack of supports and treatment available to them. Out of the desire to build a more effective and specialized agency, S.E.E.K. Arizona was born–with the mission to provide integrated, evidence based, person centered services to those in our community with Autism, Intellectual/Developmental or behavioral health disabilities.

Today, S.E.E.K. Arizona has grown into a family-centered agency offering dynamic programs and therapy services under one roof. We focus on all aspects of a person’s development by offering individualized, developmentally appropriate, and comprehensive services so that each individual may reach their full potential. Our team is made up of behavior analysts, professional therapists, and special educators. This diverse group of professionals provides a collaborative and supportive work environment for our employees–where they are empowered to co-treat with colleagues, create new and innovative programs, and grow professionally within the agency.

S.E.E.K. Arizona's team of behavioral health professionals provide intensive behavior treatments to children and young adults with developmental and mental health disorders, specializing in those on the autism spectrum. Our licensed and board certified behavior analysts are responsible for assessment, treatment plan development, and the overall training, supervision and support of behavioral health technicians and clients in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area.

Internships

Building community is a cornerstone of S.E.E.K. Arizona’s values and commitment to our families. A critical component of ensuring that our community has qualified professionals to support it is to partner and support our local academic institutions. We work hard to provide a variety of opportunities for students to gain exposure to the populations we serve and to learn more about the kinds of careers that support their needs. An internship is a great opportunity to learn real-life work skills and etiquette, in a hands-on manner.

A solid internship experience will bridge the gap between educational and professional worlds, making it easier to transition from academic life into a career. We offer internship opportunities in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, and Early Childhood Education.
